It started with noticing.
Rabbi Zalman and Chaya Blecher have served as leaders in the greater Yardley community for years. Driven by a passion for helping neighbors through life's hardest moments, they kept running into the same need — families hit by a sudden medical emergency, new mothers, the elderly, people recovering from illness.
What they found was that one of the most useful things you can hand someone in that season is a gourmet, home-cooked meal. What began as a personal mission to deliver food and hope has grown into Yardley Kitchen of Kindness, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
